Does this look comfy to anyone?

Miley is known for sleeping on her back,with paws up in the air quite often but the face smooshed up against the door was new to us today! She is dead asleep here!
*I would also like to note that she usually has a nice fluffy pad to sleep on BUT every couple weeks or so she decides to tear it to pieces and she has not yet earned a new one. She does, on the other hand, still have her own personal space heater while I freeze each night when I climb into bed!

LOL...that's is hillarious! Let me know when she starts running in her sleep or "talking"...while laying on her back like that, I tell ya dogs are entertaining!

I'll be honest there are days that I would like to give ours away. ;) But most of the time we really like him.

i will pray for you as you enter the "dog phase" of your life. i, on the other hand, am happy to be past that! sometime i'll tell you about the sympathy card and "Rainbow Bridge" poem we received from the vet a couple of days after our dear doggy departed! meanwhile, mylie in dreamland does, indeed, look so comfy!

{btw . . . i've started a new tradition of putting the heating pad - on high - under the covers where my feet go for about half an hour before i get in bed, then turn it off when i hop in. what a revelation! i highly recommend it.}
it's the 21st century version of a bed warmer.

Hey, I love all the pictures! I do have a funny dog story. Sam and Meg are outside dogs. Thank heaven. They got out the other day and at Sam's age that is not a good thing. He goes, but gets so far and then he has a hard time getting back. By the time he got home, he couldn't even stand up any more. We thought it would be the end. Rick and I felt so guilty that he ended up carrying the 90 pound dog upstairs to the bath. We thought a warm bath might help. He was so dirty and he couldn't stand up. I thought I would never get him clean. Well it is winter, so out came the blow dryer. Did I mention he is a 90 pound dog? After a while, he just ended up in the garage with a space heater. I hate to report that the pampering never goes away and they still rip up their pillows. Aren't we glad we have these fabulous hunting dogs? The pheasant they bring home will more than make up for the difficulties of dog rearing!!!!

So funny! I swear, kids (and apparently dogs) can fall asleep just about anywhich way and anywhere! Oh, and my Dad too! =)
