Remember the shrill scream halfway home followed by dramatic sobs cuz Adi sliced her finger (were still not sure how) on said lunchbox?
Remember how calm and collected mom was as she found the next exit and pulled into the gas station?

Remember the doctor, who instead of telling us how silly we were to be there, showed us the special way to bandaid a finger? (you need two - one around the finger, the next over the top)
Yeah, that was fun! Here's to hoping tomorrow's zoo trip is not quite so eventful!

I am still laughing out loud. We have since acquired another of those lunchboxes (this one is purple though). I'll be sure to bring it tomorrow! Just kidding. We'll save it for another event.
I don't remember any of that, but I do remember Luke sliding out of the front of his stroller going down a hill at the zoo when he was just a baby. Sorry I didn't make it yesterday. Simmy cut Oaklie's hair off, so my kids are grounded for a week, and I am not letting them off for this one!!! Love ya! Aub
