While in Portland we went looking for a way to waste away the afternoon and enjoy the city. Someone at our hotel suggested we hit up this park that was lots of fun for the kids, especially in the beautiful weather, because it had water. We packed swimsuits {just in case} but upon getting there it didn't look like much. So, we just kicked off the flip flops and hiked up the shorts...
And filled into a GIANT pool...Dad might have offered Luke (with not-quite-healed stitches) $5 to lay down and get completely wet.
And once the clothes are wet why bother changing, right?

So we stayed while it drained and filled again, and again, and again, and again...completely soaked and loving every minute!

Looks like fun! Love the balloon maker's clothes. Did you get his number?
I love how Luke is "eyeing" the balloon maker in the picture! Now why can't we have a free, fun, water place like that around here?
Looks like so much fun! That ballon maker is SCARY!! Fun times!!
