Things have been pretty boring around our house, just twiddling our thumbs, waiting for it to warm up! Looking back on our week - Am. Idol seems to be the highlight, in hopes of "catching up" we have spent the past 5 nights on the couch, glued to the DVR. Here are the 3!
1. Realized today that it has been 3 seasons since we have watched this show. We were obsessed for the first 3 seasons and somehow fell off the bandwagon. But we are officially back on and I have to admit that it has been fun watching again...
2. Pretty sure that Brooke and David will stay my favorites 'til the end!
3. This is my one MAJOR drawback to watching...
Is it just me?
Does she seem obnoxious/ridiculous to anyone else?

when you say that paula is obnoxious/ridiculous do you really mean that she CANNOT put together a complete sentence that has any relevance/meaning whatsoever? i always want to just skip her! please . . . can we just go straight to simon who is obnoxious/rude, but who is pretty much right on with his comments. {sidenote: brooke's younger sister is marrying our neighbor in april and brooke can't come. that is, if she is still on the show then.} that's all.
I don't know if you've seen it yet but I'm pretty sure that David's parents should have gotten a restraining order when Paula stated that she "wanted to cut his head off and hang it in her car." WHAT THE @#%%. Sorry I just said a bad word, but the woman scares me! It is annoying now how we watch the show-Rick puts his fingers in his ears and says nanananannaanna till she is done talking.

I ♥ American Idol, always have. I can recall being full fledged obsessed w/ your mother the first season. Can I get a Justin Guarini {sp?} anyone? Lol.
Dave is my fave; Brooke a VERY close second.
Paula is so ridic. Bless her weird heart.
I happen to love Paula. I also loved when she said she wanted to squeeze his head off and hang him from her rearview mirror because that's exactly what I was thinking! Don't you think that Paula somewhat reminds you of our spunky little mother? Paula, even though you have harsh critics, I love you!

We haven't been into it as much this season as we have in past season's...not quite sure why.
I did watch it one night and thought that David was a doll...and he's from Utah right?!!?
Paula is a trainwreck! I want to look away but I know that at any given moment she is going to do something crazy.
Ditto on your two faves. Love them too! Also totally loved the Lionel Richie song that was performed this week (can't remember the name of the guy who sang it, the season is still too new for that), anyway thought it was super cool.
99.9% sure that Paula is drunk almost every week. She drives me insane.
I do have to give props to Chad though for rooting for the underdog...I always admire that in a person!
