I had some major cleaning to do today.

I find I get much more done if I there is music blaring.

I was doing my thing and then found Paislee was doing hers.

This girl loves to dance {today it was mostly spinning},

and I love to watch her. ENJOY!

Luke: Mom, do you have a kid plate?

Mom: Yep!

Luke: But your not a kid, your a mom!

Adilynn: Its okay Luke, she will always be a child of God.

Don't get the wrong idea...

I tried to clean my house today...you know how it goes - I clean the kitchen, Luke and Paiz destroy the hall closet, I clean the hall closet - they destroy their rooms...{i could go on}

Paislee found this in her quest to empty my dresser drawers -pretty, shiny, sparkly - must be a dress up! She thought she was so grown up!{if she only knew!}

Pretty sure this is a 1st for said "dress" {can you say SEE THROUGH?!?} but hey, belated thanks to Aja for the awesome shower gift, 8 1/2 years later!

3 things

Things have been pretty boring around our house, just twiddling our thumbs, waiting for it to warm up! Looking back on our week - Am. Idol seems to be the highlight, in hopes of "catching up" we have spent the past 5 nights on the couch, glued to the DVR. Here are the 3!

1. Realized today that it has been 3 seasons since we have watched this show. We were obsessed for the first 3 seasons and somehow fell off the bandwagon. But we are officially back on and I have to admit that it has been fun watching again...






2. Pretty sure that Brooke and David will stay my favorites 'til the end!















3. This is my one MAJOR drawback to watching...


Is it just me?
Does she seem obnoxious/ridiculous to anyone else?

a little pick me up

I am not feeling so hot today, wishing/hoping/praying that I haven't caught Luke's strep...

But finding this school work page of Adilynn's made me smile...
Translation: If I found a buried treasure...I would buy a real pony. I really would take care of it!
